I created this space to give a reference to my work experience.
I am a software developer, I create applications geared primarily to the world of insurance, more precisely the life branch. I developed several management apps, on mainframe ibm, windows desktop coming up to the web for which I am devoting so almost exclusively for several years, on the intranet at the company where I work.
Using several databases including DB2, MySql, PostreSql, SQLite but particularly MS SqlServer + T-SQL.
I deal both the server-side and client-side programming, I also take care of design. Using tableless layout with css, ajax where possible, I know several js libraries like jQuery and prototype, I am currently exploring the potential ‘of Ruby on Rails for creating web applications agile and dynamic.
About myself, i can tell to have many hobbies and passions, missing only the time to do everything, I would be very convenient if the earth needs much more time to rotate around itself, i don’t belive to ask so much. I am a lover of new technologies, which is a laptop last generation or a washing machine, just that it has a LCD display and some buttons.
For despair of all my (many) female supporters, i’ve to confess i’m happily married to Francesca. I have a small pest, Matteo, who does many troubles …but he always knows how to be forgiven, with his smiles. At him, I have dedicated a site, an experiment that I developed with Rails. I also would have liked to have a website at 12 months old, patience, better late than never!
